He attended Gainesville High School and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from North Georgia College and State University, providing a strong foundation for his career in commercial real estate, client relations, and property marketing.

Throughout his career, Will has worked with a wide range of commercial real estate property types, including industrial buildings, retail properties, office buildings, churches, income-producing properties, large residential acreage tracts, timberland, and recreational land. While experienced across the North Georgia region, he specializes in Hall, Banks, Lumpkin, Elbert, and Franklin Counties, where his local expertise provides clients with valuable insight into market conditions, property values, and investment opportunities.

He has served on the SiSu Integrated Early Learning Board, J’s Place Board, and as a board mentor for The Whispering Angels Youth Ranch. He has also participated in the Gainesville High School Football Mentor Program, served as a member of the Greater Hall Chamber of Commerce, chaired Young Life Hall County, coached youth baseball through Gainesville Parks and Recreation, and graduated from the Leadership Hall County program.

Will and his two children, Mattie and Jasey, call Gainesville home, where they enjoy being part of the community he has proudly served throughout his life. He attends Lakewood Baptist Church and continues to invest his time and talents in making North Georgia a stronger place to live and work.
