Born and raised in Dalton, Georgia, Meg Anderson has always felt a strong connection to the state and the communities that make it special. After attending the University of Alabama, where she earned a degree in Elementary Education with a minor in Special Education, Meg returned to Georgia to build her life and raise her family.

For 20 years, Meg dedicated herself to being a stay-at-home mother, raising her three daughters and embracing the many responsibilities of family life. That experience strengthened her skills in organization, communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail—qualities that now serve her clients well in real estate.

In 2017, as her children grew older, Meg pursued a career in real estate, a decision that has proven both exciting and deeply rewarding. Since then, she has been passionate about helping individuals and families navigate the home buying and selling process with confidence. Her background in managing the many moving parts of family life allows her to approach each transaction with patience, care, and a strong commitment to her clients’ needs.

After living in Suwanee in Gwinnett County for 25 years, Meg and her family were drawn to lake living and relocated to Gainesville in 2021. This move allowed her to connect with a new community and develop a strong understanding of the local market.

In 2023, Meg joined Candler Real Estate, where she continues to expand her knowledge and provide exceptional service to her clients. In 2024, she proudly earned her Worldwide Relocation Certification, allowing her to better assist clients relocating to or from the area.
