A resident of Hall County for more than 30 years, Lila has a unique perspective on the area's neighborhoods, growth, and housing needs. She began her connection to Gainesville in 1990 and quickly developed a strong foundation in the real estate industry through 17 years working with three local real estate law firms. This experience gave her valuable insight into contracts, transactions, property ownership, and the legal aspects of residential real estate.

Lila's background in real estate law inspired her to become a licensed REALTOR® in 2007. She expanded her expertise by working with a local residential developer, gaining firsthand knowledge of new construction, housing development, and the many factors involved in creating quality homes for individuals and families.

Today, Lila is proud to be part of Candler Real Estate while also serving as Executive Director of Habitat for Humanity of Hall County, where she continues her mission of expanding access to affordable housing opportunities. Her passion for innovative housing solutions and community development drives her commitment to helping more people achieve the dream of homeownership.

Beyond real estate, Lila is deeply involved in the Gainesville and Hall County community. She serves on the boards of the Greater Hall Chamber of Commerce, the Arts Council, Gainesville Theatre Alliance Wings Endowment, and the Lake Lanier Olympic Park Foundation. Through these leadership roles, she continues to support the organizations and initiatives that strengthen the region she proudly calls home.

Originally from Jasper, Georgia, Lila earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Shorter University and a Master of Business Administration from Brenau University. Her education, professional experience, and community involvement provide clients with a well-rounded perspective on real estate, housing, and local development.

Lila is devoted to her family, including her husband, Brent, and their three children, Jordan, Lee, and Conner. She believes that strong communities are built through connection, opportunity, and a shared commitment to helping others.
