Before relocating to Gainesville, he gained valuable experience in the financial industry, working with Bank of America in Real Estate Finance and SunTrust Robinson Humphrey in Debt Capital Markets and Syndicated Finance. This experience gives him advanced insight into commercial lending, investment considerations, and complex real estate transactions.

Since moving to Gainesville in 2003, Don has also become an accomplished business owner, operating four Dairy Queen Grill & Chill restaurants in Habersham County. His firsthand experience as an entrepreneur gives him a unique understanding of the challenges and opportunities faced by business owners, tenants, and investors.
