Carlee Brooks is a REALTOR® and Home Design Specialist proudly serving Gainesville, Georgia. Originally from Southern California, Carlee recently relocated from Dallas, Texas, after spending years traveling and living across the country with her husband, Ralph Brooks III. After many adventures together, they decided to put down roots in Gainesville, Ralph’s hometown where he attended Lakeview Academy.

Carlee and Ralph were married in 2023 and welcomed their first daughter in July 2025, making this an especially exciting season for their growing family. They are proud to call Gainesville home and love being part of the area’s continued growth and strong sense of community.

Living in so many different places has given Carlee a unique perspective on what “home” truly means. She brings that understanding into every client relationship, helping buyers and sellers feel confident, supported, and understood throughout the process.
